Employee self-service portal for a Big Four client

OpenAI chatbot connected to Workday, CRM, knowledge base and insurance vendor systems; mobile app; 12,000+ employees.

Outcome

40% reduction in HR ticket volume

Measured against 12-month ticket baseline.

A self-service portal that lets 12,000+ employees get HR answers from an OpenAI-based assistant connected to Workday, the CRM, the knowledge base and third-party insurance vendor systems, on the web and on mobile.

The situation

A Big Four client with 12,000+ employees was routing routine HR questions through a ticket queue. The answers existed, in Workday, the CRM, the knowledge base and third-party insurance vendor systems, but employees had no direct way to reach them.

What we built

An employee self-service portal with an OpenAI-based chatbot at its centre, integrated with Workday, the CRM, the internal knowledge base and third-party insurance vendor systems, and a companion mobile app so the same assistant is available away from a desk.

Both Anveeksha founders shipped this programme together, so a client onboarding us today is working with a team that has already delivered as one.

The result

HR ticket volume fell by 40%, measured against the 12-month ticket baseline from before the portal went live.
